1. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 10 days from the date issued.

Prices are based on the scope of work discussed. Any additional services requested after the job begins may incur extra charges.

2. Deposits & Payments
Residential Services: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commercial Services: Invoices are due within 30 days (Net 30) of the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

Custom Services (e.g., paver sealing, re-sanding, repairs, or material-based jobs) may require a non-refundable deposit to cover material costs and secure scheduling.

Accepted payment methods include Zelle, cash, credit/debit cards, and checks.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit (for custom jobs).

4. Weather Policy
Services may be postponed due to weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, lightning). If this occurs, we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.

5. Liability & Property Protection
AERO Pressure Washing takes great care to avoid damage. However, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to surfaces or property.

Loose paint, caulking, or deteriorated materials removed during the cleaning process.

Electrical or plumbing issues related to outdoor fixtures, outlets, or water supply connections.

Customers are responsible for ensuring windows, doors, and electrical outlets are properly sealed before service begins.

6. Surface Risks
Pressure washing may not remove all stains, discoloration, or organic growth.

Some surfaces (especially older concrete, pavers, or delicate materials) may react unpredictably during cleaning. We will advise you of any concerns before starting the job.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure access to water and electricity (if needed).

Pets must be secured, and any valuable outdoor items should be moved away from the work area prior to
